Ingredients
250 g of prunes
350 g onion
100 g sunflower oil
25 g of tomato paste
15 g salt
20 g sugar
1 tbsp toasted flour (optional)

Method
Onions cut into in small pieces and fry. A small hot water is more fry until the water is evaporated and then pour more hot water. As a boil, add the washed and pre-soaked prunes. Boil until the plums are soft. Add tomato puree, salt and sugar and optional toasted flour mixed into a little cold water. Simmer for ten minutes. The sauce should be more moderate and thick.

Onions can be substituted with leeks. Optionally you can add a pinch of cinnamon, for who loves a spicy dishes :)
