Stew prunes and leeks

Ingredients
2-3 leeks
500 g of prunes
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Method
Leeks Chop and sauté with the oil and salt. When soft add the tomato puree, prunes and sugar. Pour 2 cups water and boil on low heat until ready. It can be made with onions - again becomes very tasty.
