Stew with quinces

Ingredients
2 quinces
1 onion
2 potatoes
100 g fat
1 tsp (5 g) tomato paste
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
pepper
salt
1 tbsp (10 g) sugar
Method
Finely chopped onion fry with sugar in fat. In roux add the red pepper, tomato paste, quince, cut into slices, potatoes, grated finely grater, and salt to taste. Pour 1 cup (200 ml) of water and dish boil on medium heat until the fat remains. Serve sprinkled with pepper.
