Stewed chicken pieces

Ingredients
400 g boneless chicken leg
200 g marinated mushrooms
60 g dark soy sauce
100 ml sunflower oil
400 ml water or broth (vegetable, chicken)
flour

Method
Chicken is cut into portions that are pressed into a flour. Fry them in hot sunflower oil until golden. Add mushrooms and water purposes. The dish was stirred, followed by addition of soy sauce. Stews until the sauce is slightly thickened. Serve with mashed potatoes or salad season.

favorite happy pieces, soy sauce put it before and mushrooms and sometimes for variety and finally add a little cream. Before serving, shred less cheese ... and one of them all in a happy
