Stewed mushrooms French

Ingredients
400-500 g porcini or other fleshy mushrooms
1 tsp butter
50 g salo
5-6 tbsp broth
2-3 tbsp red wine
1 tsp flour
salt, pepper

Method
Salo is cut into strips and fry, add the cleaned, washed and cut into julienne mushrooms and sauté for about 10 minutes. Pour broth and wine, scatter with 1 pinch of salt and pepper, then sauté again about 20 minutes. Remove with latticed spoon. The sauce they bind with fuzzy in a little cold water flour, boil 2-3 minutes and taste with the butter. Mushrooms pour the sauce. Serve as a side dish for grilled or stewed game.

Kris, Mushroom Men are always delicious and even some meats. I really like mushrooms. Near my village there is a large mixed forest, and behind only the mixed spruce. There are many large parasol mushrooms and of mushrooms there. Cernan them breaded .. are wonderful, but by maslovka do normally marinate them and close them in jars for winter;)
