Stewed pork loin

Ingredients
600 g pork loin
50 g butter
1 clove garlic
2 onions
2 tomatoes
eggplant 1
1 chili pepper
1/2 cup (100 ml) broth
1 cup (200 ml) red wine
pepper
salt
Method
Pork fillet rub with garlic, crushed with salt, sprinkle with pepper, meat is placed in the heated butter and fry on all sides. Add the chopped onions, boiled, peeled and cut into quarters tomatoes, cut into pieces eggplant, chilli, wine stew a little, pour broth and cook under lid until soft in low oven. Serve with fried potatoes.
