Stockholm coffee

Ingredients
6 tbsp (60 g) of ground coffee
2 cup (400 ml) of water
4 yolks
2 tbsp (20 g) sugar
1 cup (200 ml) rum
cream or cream
Method
Coffee is boiled in water. Distribute in cups and each cup add whipped egg yolk with sugar and rum. Place the cream on top.
