Ingredients
750 g pork
3-4 tbsp (75 g) lard
6-7 heads (500 g) onion
4-5 (300 g) tomatoes
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
1/4 cup (50 ml) wine
1-2 cloves garlic
5-6 chili peppers
1 lemon
salt
Method
The meat is washed with cold water, cut into cubes and fry gently in the heated oil. Add consecutively and sauté finely chopped onion, garlic and peeled tomatoes. Sprinkle the flour and stir a few times. Then add the red pepper, pepper peppers, sliced lemon, wine and salt to taste. Kebab stew in the oven until completely soft meat.
