Strawberry Cream

Ingredients
750 g strawberries
200 g of powdered sugar
200 g cream
1 lemon
15 g gelatin
150 ml water

Method
Soak gelatine in a bowl of cold water. In separate bowl mix the water and sugar and put on the stove. When the sugar has melted, the court shall remove from heat and leave to cool. Before it is completely cooled sugar syrup, it produces 1/4 and it is added from water gelatin. Mix well and strain. Strawberries are cleaned and washed, as few are retained for decoration, and the rest are creased. Stir smash strawberries, syrup and gelatin and add the lemon juice and.
