Ingredients
500 g flour
120 g butter
milk
750 g strawberries
120 g of powdered sugar
2 tbsp red jam
300 g cream
1 tsp (5 g) of baking soda
Method
Flour sieve with soda, add the butter, half the sugar and milk and make dough. Separate the two forms with a diameter of 27 cm, is formed surface is baked in a hot oven and allowed to cool. One KOLACH smeared with jam on top arrange half strawberry, second KOLACH smeared with smashed with sugar cream and add the remaining strawberries, then the first KOLACH applied on the second.
