Strawberry milk-layered cake

Ingredients
# 1 For the dough:
125 g flour
tip of knife baking powder
50 g sugar
vanilla sugar
75 g soft butter or margarine
# 2 For the dough:
3 eggs
125 g sugar
80 g flour
1 package vanilla pudding powder Dr. Oetker
1 level tsp baking powder
# For the filling:
400 g strawberries
10 g gelatin
300 g yogurt - 3.5% fat
75 g sugar
vanilla sugar
zest of 1 lemon and its juice
300 g cold cream
# fruit coating:
1 packet of red jelly cake
350 g strawberries
20-30 g sugar
# Optional:
50 g Strawberry jam
100 g cold cream
50 g sliced, fried without fat almonds
Method
Preparation of dough 1: Mix the flour and baking powder, sift them, add other products to the blender and mix to a smooth dough. As execution cake I like a lot. But it seems to me quite laborious and pricey. But for some special occasion worth the effort and money. I like it.

I forgot to ask: in the second dough fat not you use?

No, do not use oil in the second dough. And you're right, it is quite tough in terms of time for preparation, but for someone dear person worth it!
