Strawberry Sorbet

Ingredients
1 1/3 cups water
2/3 cup sugar
4 cup strawberries
1 tbsp lemon juice
Method
On low heat to dissolve the sugar in the water, then we remove the mixture from the heat and allow to cool. Stir strawberries mixer and sieving them. Pour the puree and lemon juice with sugar syrup. Pour the mixture into a baking dish leave 5-6 hours in the freezer to freeze, as every 2 hours stirring the mixture. Before serving stir with a fork and serve in a glass.
