Stuffed beef

Ingredients
1 kg piece of beef chines with little surface oil
100 g minced meat
50 g salo
1 onion
1 apple
1/2 bunch parsley
several stewed mushrooms
1 tea cup . vegetable oil
1 pickle
salt
pepper
Method
Cleaned piece of meat, after eliminating fat (possibly a piece) and is located underneath the zipper is shpikova with julienne salo and cut deep on one side so as to form a pocket. Minced meat fry in a little oil with chopped onion, apple and parsley. Add chopped stewed mushrooms, pepper and chopped cucumber. The prepared stuffing is put in the meat. The incision is sutured, the fat is placed on the piece of meat and it is tied tightly with string. Vegetable oil is heated in a deep dish and it over high heat fry the meat until brown on all sides. Cut into slices with a very sharp knife and serve cold.
