Stuffed chicken - I type

Ingredients
1 (800 g) hen
giblets from chicken
3-4 (100 g) roots of parsley
2-3 (150 g) carrots
1/2 head (50 g) celery
1 slice (75 g) bread
100 g babek
3-4 cloves garlic
60 g butter
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
pepper
citric acid
parsley
salt
Method
Chicken with giblets, parsley roots, celery and carrots cooked in salted water, then removed from the broth. Giblets and vegetables are finely and mix with chopped babek, pre-soaked in a little water bread, parsley, crushed garlic, pepper and salt to taste. The mixture is filled chicken. After sewing the hole put the chicken in a baking dish and bake in a moderate oven from time to time pour the broth. After bubbling until thickening sauce was acidified with citric acid.
