Stuffed chicken shoulders

Ingredients
4 chicken legs (whole)
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
1-2 tsp mustard
1 tsp chili sauce
garlic
1 onion
salt
red pepper
pepper
# Baking:
1-2 tbsp soy sauce
1-2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 cup red wine
paprika
# For the filling:
pickles
carrot
potato
Method
Shoulders are cleaned and carefully peel off the skin without being cut. Prick the meat with a knife and put holes in pieces of onion and garlic. Smeared with a mixture of the oil, mustard, chili and soy sauce. Put and spices and returns the skin in place. Leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Then again pulls the skin and arrange cut strips cucumber, carrot and potatoes good for the skin to be stuck with a toothpick, because the pocket formed, will open in baking. Then again omazva with 1-2 tablespoons of sunflower oil and packed with paprika. In pan pour wine, soy sauce and a little water and put the finished shoulders. Bake in moderate oven about 40 minutes.
