Stuffed cucumbers

Ingredients
3-4 cucumbers
150 g minced meat or 500 g mushrooms
50 g rice or white bread
1 onion
2 eggs
parsley
salt
pepper
1-2 tbsp tomato puree
sour cream
dill
lemon juice
oil
flour
Method
Peeled cucumber cut across the tracks, dug and filled with a mixture of minced meat (or finely chopped and stewed mushrooms), chopped onion, cooked rice ( or soaked and squeezed white bread), hard-boiled and chopped eggs, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Filled cucumber halves covered with empty halves, wrapped with thread and put in a well oiled refractory form. A few tablespoons of sour cream (or yogurt) was mixed with tomato paste. The resulting sauce is poured over the prepared cucumbers, which are sprinkled with lemon juice and sauté topped 20 minutes. Optional sauce thickened with a little flour. Ready cucumbers sprinkled with chopped dill and serve.

really tasty recipe to give something great, I guess if you do not try this recipe at home, you do not know what it is. Just these cucumbers are very delicious!
