Stuffed dry peppers, roasted potatoes

Ingredients
10-12 dry peppers
10 red onion
1/3 cup Rice
1/2 cup sunflower oil
6-7 potatoes
1 tsp paprika
2-3 tbsp flour
savory
salt
pepper
Method
Sop to dry peppers with boiling water, cleaned of seeds. Chop into slices, which are placed in heated sunflower oil, while turn pink. Get out of the oven Pour rice, red pepper, black pepper, salt to taste, mix well, and stuffed peppers. Each serving to dips in flour from the country where full and lining in a baking dish with a little sunflower oil. Peeled, cut into long slices potatoes are placed between the pods. Make up the remaining oil, Pour 2 cups lukewarm water and cook until the potatoes are soft and the dish remains of fat.
