Stuffed hen Antonovden

Ingredients
1 hen
1 cup bulgur
1/3 cup sunflower oil
sour cabbage 1
2 tbsp red pepper
salt
pepper
Method
The cleaned and washed chicken add salt, rubbed with paprika and leave. At this time, the filling is prepared. Wash the bulgur and boiled for about 15 minutes then drained of water. In a pan put chopped cabbage, pour the oil, add the bulgur, pour 1/2 cup water and stew 30 minutes with the lid on. Hen complete and sutured. Remaining stuffing is put in clay casseroles, chicken on it, pour 1/3 cup water and 1/3 cup cabbage juice, ESA Cover with lid and bake for about an hour and a half at 200 S.
