Ingredients
24 halves canned peaches
100 g soft cream cheese (Philadelphia cream)
100 g mayonnaise
200 g cooked chicken breast
1/4 tsp paprika
parsley
salt
Method
Peach halves drip of syrup and dried. Chicken cut into thin strips and lightly salt it. Add cream cheese, red pepper and mayonnaise. The mixture is well mixed and distributed in peach halves. The appetizer is served chilled and garnished with parsley.
