Stuffed peppers dry potatoes

Ingredients
800 g potatoes
4 onions chopped
100 ml sunflower oil
1 tbsp paprika
10 dry red peppers
10 cabbage leaves
1 tbsp tomato paste
salt
pepper

Method
Cook potatoes, peel and smash. Chop the onion finely and fry it to add red and black pepper. Add potatoes, add salt and mix well. Peppers cleaned of seeds and soaked in hot water until swell. In a baking dish arrange the cabbage leaves, peppers are filled with potato mixture and arrange on cabbage. Pour the water in which they soaked peppers and bake in the oven at 180 C for 20-30 minutes.
