Stuffed Peppers - I type
Ingredients
15 dried red peppers
7-8 onions
200 g rice
1/2 cup (100 ml) sunflower oil
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
savory
salt
3-4 pc potatoes

Method
Cleaned from stems and seed peppers steamed in lightly salted water to soften. In half of the oil fry the onion, cut into strips, add and stew rice lightly with paprika, salt and savory. The mixture is stuffed peppers and arrange in a baking dish. Among them are placed retsencheta potatoes, slightly savory. Top pour sunflower oil and sprinkle savory. Make cool water so that the peppers to cover up the middle. Bake until soft potatoes and rice.
