Stuffed peppers - II type

Ingredients
11 dried red peppers
3-4 onions
200 g rice
1/2 cup (100 ml) sunflower oil
2-3 carrots
1 tbsp (10 g) tomato paste
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
savory
pepper
salt
Method
Cleaned from stems and seed peppers are steamed in lightly salted water to soften. In the oil fry the chopped onion and grated carrots. Add rice and make 1 cup (200 ml) of hot water. When boil off the water, is removed from the fire. In the mixture, add the salt, pepper, savory. Mix and stuffed peppers. Boil in a pan, pour hot water. Separately prepared tomato sauce with a little sunflower oil, flour and tomato paste, fuzzy with some water. Pour the sauce and peppers simmered another 5-10 minutes.
