Stuffed peppers pickled

Ingredients
750 g minced meat pork
2 heads (100 g) onion
1/2 cup (100 g) rice
1 tbsp (10 g) pepper
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 bunch of dill
10-15 peppercorns
2 sprigs of mint
2 eggs
1 head of garlic
20 Peppers pickled
salt
Method
To the minced meat add chopped onion, red pepper, crushed pepper, rice, chopped parsley, dill and mint. Add salt mixture and stir, then it is stuffed peppers, cleaned of stems and seeds. Arrange in a saucepan in which pour a little water and cook on low heat. Ten minutes before removing from the fire pour the beaten eggs and crushed garlic.
