Ingredients
1 kg beef
300 g bacon
300 g cheese
1 cube vegetable broth
pepper
cayenne pepper

Method
Bacon and cheese cut into small cubes . The broth was diluted with 2 tbsp hot water. Minced meat is kneaded with diluted broth, black pepper and cayenne to taste. Spread the range of mince 1-2 cm thick, is placed in the middle of the stuffing and formed a large meatball. Bake on greased prior BBQ or barbecue on both sides until ready. Can be divided into several large meatballs.
