Stuffed pork tripe

Ingredients
1 boiled pork tripe
1 kg pork
1 onion
1 stalk leek
300 g mushrooms
1 chili pepper
1 tsp pepper
2-3 large leaves of sauerkraut
savory
salt
garlic
vinegar
3 cups cabbage juice
70 g butter
Method
The meat is cut into pieces and fry with mushrooms, onions and leeks. Put them spices and full belly. Sutured and placed in a pressure cooker, whose bottom is put cabbage leaves. Pour in 3 cups cabbage juice and 3 cups water and put a hot pepper. Boil for 1 hour. Remove and put in a baking dish coated with red pepper and the butter. Bake in oven until pozachervi. Serve with garlic, crushed with salt and vinegar.
