Stuffed Sheep shoulder

Ingredients
500 g boneless mutton shoulder
30 g butter
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
100 g sausages
2 small onions
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Mutton meat forms a large steak, lightly hammered, filled with a mixture of chopped sausage, onion, parsley, pepper and salt and turn roll, which is tied with white thread. Roll fry to rouge in melted butter and sunflower oil, add salt, add water and cook until soft.
