Ingredients
2 cucumbers
4 tomatoes
1 onion
1 carrot
1 slice cabbage (maybe red)
olives
parsley
salt
sunflower oil or olive oil
vinegar

Method
Peel cucumbers, halve in length and are cut obliquely julienne. Tomatoes cut in half and then into crescents. Chop the onion, sliced carrot and cabbage into julienne. In individual plates are arranged chopped vegetables. Lettuce, seasoned with salt, vinegar, sunflower oil or olive oil and decorate with olives.
