Surprise bananas

Ingredients
400 g of vanilla ice cream
6 bananas
15 g butter
1/4 cup (50 g) sugar
4 tbsp (40 ml) rum
lemon peel
Method
Peel the bananas are cut into long strips, place in a baking pan and sprinkle with a little sugar. The butter is mixed with the remaining sugar to a foam, treated with finely grated lemon rind and finally was added portionwise rum. Bananas are flooded with the mixture and bake in a moderate oven for 20-30 minutes. Remove, decorate with ice cream and serve immediately.
