Ingredients
1 head Chinese cabbage
150 g canned corn
2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
salt
sunflower oil
vinegar

Method
In a bowl mix the sliced julienne cabbage and cucumber, cut into small pieces. Add salt to taste, stir and distributed in shallow dishes. Of each portion on cabbage put 1 tbsp corn and tomato pieces. Season with sunflower oil and vinegar.

I far as I know this is juicy cabbage, but I've never tried.
