Svishtovska salad
Ingredients
8-10 (1 kg) peppers
5 tbsp (50 ml) vegetable oil
1 cup (200 g) yogurt
10 cloves of garlic
salt
parsley

Method
Peppers baked, peel and arrange on a plate. Add salt is sprinkled with vegetable oil and pour the beaten yogurt, seasoned to taste with salt, crushed garlic and chopped parsley.
