Swedish chocolate pudding

Ingredients
5 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp instant coffee
3 tbsp gelatin
150 ml sour cream
2 eggs
100 g of powdered sugar
300 ml milk
1-2 vanilla
almonds or walnuts
Method
Soak gelatin in cold water 3 tbsp. Yolks are broken foam with sugar. Add cocoa and milk, put it in a saucepan on medium stove and bring to the boil stirring constantly. Add the coffee and vanilla, gelatin and removed from the fire. When the mixture has cooled down to add the beaten egg whites and cream shattered. Pour into molds or small bowls and left in the refrigerator to solidify. Garnish with almonds, walnuts and whipped cream.
