Ingredients
600 g cottage cheese
100 g flour
3 eggs
150 g sugar
5 g baking powder (1/2 bag)
1 tsp cinnamon
50 g walnuts
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
Eggs are broken down with sugar, add the cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, ground walnuts, cinnamon. Round baking dish with a diameter of 20-22 cm is coated with plenty of butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour dough and using a spoon on top make patterns of your choice. Bake 25-30 minutes at 180 C. ready sprinkle with powdered sugar.
