Sweet bread

Ingredients
3 eggs
180 g sugar
pinch of lemon peel
pinch of salt
5-6 tbsp raisins
600 g flour
1/2 packet of baking powder
300 ml milk
30 g butter
1 vanilla powder
powdered sugar for dusting
Method
Eggs froth with sugar, salt and lemon zest. Were added sequentially while stirring with the sifted flour and baking powder milk. Finally, add the raisins. Pour dough into greased with butter and scatter with flour form and bake at moderate temperature (180-200 C) for 45 minutes. Sweet bread, after cooled down (about 10 minutes) is converted into a suitable dish greased with butter and sprinkle with vanilla mixed with powdered sugar.
