Swiss walnut layered cake

Ingredients
360 g flour
250 g margarine
200 g sugar
1 egg
# For the filling:
300 g walnuts
200 g sugar
100 ml cream
2 tbsp honey

Method
Flour sifted, make a well in the addition of egg, sugar and margarine grate and put the edge of the well. Involved elastic dough that is left in the fridge for 1 hour. The walnuts be crushed in small pieces. In a suitable vessel, the sugar is melted until golden and added the walnuts and stirred for about 3 minutes. Gradually pour the cream and add the honey. We leave on the stove to boil (without boiling), take off and leave to cool. Spread baking dish or form with butter. A portion of dough is rolled out to a thickness of 5 mm and put on the bottom, the edges are raised up. Insert the filling, top way out dough as little of it we have left for decoration (cut sheets, hearts or pieces of your choice and arrange on top). Nice mix one egg yolk with a little cream and smear cake. Bake at 180 C until ready.
