Syrup cornels or hips

Ingredients
2 kg cornels (hips)
2 kg of sugar
10 g citric acid
2 liters of water
Method
Washed fruits are covered with water and leave a few hours to soften, then boil 20-30 minutes. Juice strain, add sugar and citric acid. Again boiled and then filtered and poured into a clean, dry bottles. Closures are waxed. On a cool and dark place can be stored up to 1 year.
