Syrupy walnut cake

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
2 cup semolina
5 eggs
250 g ground walnuts
200 g fat
1 tsp baking powder
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
# For the syrup:
2 cup sugar
4 cup Water
orange peel
vanilla stick
Method
Sugar and eggs are broken down to graying. Add fat, semolina, flour, baking powder and the walnuts. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish with butter and bake 35-40 minutes in a moderate oven (180 C). Boil the syrup of sugar and water. Then add the other ingredients and leave on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Once cooled down cake pour warm syrup.
