Syrupy walnut cake - II type

Ingredients
6 eggs
2 cup ground walnuts
1 and 1/2 cup ground rusk
1 and 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
2 tsp baking powder
# For the syrup:
2 cup sugar
lemon juice 1/2
1/4 cup cognac

Method
Egg whites are separated from the yolks and broken until they become tight foam. Yolks are broken with sugar until a smooth mixture is melted and sugar. Add cinnamon and ground biscuits that are confused with pre-baking. Stop stirring in the mixer and add the ground walnuts and mix with a spatula nice and is gradually add the beaten whites and stir slowly until absorb egg whites. Pour the mixture into a greased and scatter breadcrumbs tray. Bake in a moderate oven until the turn pink. Allow to cool. syrup is prepared as sugar and lemon juice Boil together with 2 cups water for 5 minutes, and brandy is added after the syrup is removed from the fire. The cake is cut and scoop a spoonful of syrup. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
