Ingredients
500 g river fish
sunflower oil
3 potatoes
vinegar
salt
ginger
mushrooms
leeks
2 tbsp caramel

Method
The fish fry in the oil until crispness. In 100 ml sunflower oil fry the diced potatoes. Add some vinegar, salt, ginger, mushrooms, cut into thin slices and leeks, and sauté. Insert the caramelised sugar and pour it over the fish.

Great recipe. Total cooking time-1h. Choice of freshwater fish is great combined with mushrooms, potatoes and leeks (I did not believe it would get so well finally) make the dish opens the appetite. Added to it in the summer a glass of cold beer, and now during the winter cup white wine :)
