Tarator at harvest

Ingredients
2 slices of white bread
10 cloves of garlic
1-2 tbsp (15 ml) vinegar
1 cup (200 g) walnuts
1 tsp (5 g) salt
2 tbsp (20 ml) vegetable oil
Method
Bread, previously soaked in cold water, crushed to a pulp. To it was added chopped walnuts with salt and cloves of garlic, vinegar and vegetable oil. The mixture was stirred well and was then diluted with cold water. Tarator is served cold.
