Tarator - II type

Ingredients
10-12 cloves garlic
2 tbsp (20 ml) vinegar
1 bunch dill
salt
Method
Grind the garlic with the salt. Add 5 cups cold water, vinegar and chopped dill. Tarator mix well. Serve cold.

Do you put a little yogurt bass ?!

No need. Tarator is now popular with yogurt, but in Bulgaria are preparing and Tarator without milk.
