Tartletki cheese

Ingredients
125 g butter
200 g flour
3 eggs
1 tsp (5 g) salt
pinch of baking powder
20 g cheese
1 slice smoked feta cheese
pinch of paprika
pinch of pepper
pinch Kim
1 tsp (5 ml) milk
Method
Withdraw 100 g of the butter and crushed with sifted with baking powder and salt flour until crumbs form. Add 2 beaten eggs, which is separated 1 tsp of icing, and knead dough, leave to rest for 30 minutes. Rest of butter, the egg, the feta cheese and grated cheese is made stuffing. Roll out the dough into a sheet with a thickness of 0.5 cm. With water glass cut circles, half of them with brandy glass cut out the middle. The edge of the large circles carefully smeared with beaten egg with the milk and the top is sealed by a ring whose upper edge also with egg. Bake on wet tray in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes. In the middle of each tartletka put a bit of cheesy stuffing bake another 2-3 minutes.
