Tatar meatballs - fried

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1 egg
2 slices of bread
100 ml milk
100 g cheese
onion
flour
savory
pepper
salt
sunflower oil or olive oil
Method
Forcemeat mixed with egg slices crushed, pre-soaked in milk, finely chopped onions, savory, black pepper and salt. From the resulting mixture was formed meatballs, as in the middle of them is placed a piece of cheese. Rolled in flour and fry on both sides in a frying pan with preheated oil.
