Tatlii - III type

Ingredients
600 g feta cheese or 1 kg yoghurt
6 eggs
60 g butter
1 and 1/4 cup (250 g) semolina
# For the syrup:
5 cups (1 kg) sugar
5 cups (1 liter) of water
Method
Crushed feta cheese (or yogurt) mix very well with the butter, eggs and semolina. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish with butter and bake. Cut into squares, pour in the previously prepared syrup again and bake until browned.
