Ingredients
500 g fresh small river fish
4-5 crayfish
4-5 dried red peppers
5-6 (400 g) red tomatoes
1/2 bunch parsley
Chapter 1 (150 g) celery

Method
Clean and wash fish and crab bake BBQ, then together with chopped celery is placed in boiling water. After boil 10-15 minutes, add to the peeled and grated tomatoes, fried BBQ of red peppers, parsley and salt. After 4-5 minutes the dish is removed from the heat and serve.
