Thick nettle soup

Ingredients
300 g nettle
1 onion
1/2 cup rice
3 tbsp sunflower oil
20-30 butter
1. tsp flour
1 tsp tomato paste
pepper
pepper
chilli optional
1 cube chicken bouillon
salt
1-2 eggs

Method
Nettle is cleaned, washed and put to boil with a little water. Once the boil 2-3 minutes to pass a blender. The oil and the butter and mix them fry finely chopped onion. Once it becomes transparent add the flour, stirring several times. Add tomato paste and stir well. Dilute with warm water. Season with black and red pepper and pour in the nettles. Add bouillon cube, and then dissolve well, if necessary to add more salt and water. Once boiling add the rice and the dish is cooked until ready. Immediately after removal from the fire thicken with beaten egg, which is crossed and the broth thickens further. Serve with a slice of butter and optional with a crushed clove of garlic and a few drops of vinegar.

I agree that supichkata is super, two views on the issue no. I do normally like to brew nettle put the onions together with one or two dried peppers (Imago sverozapadna in Bulgaria). Once boiled peel the peppers and blend them with nettles and onions. After browning the flour add nettle broth. the truth do zastroika boiled egg and yogurt and add cheese. I hope that this will variyant your liking. Enjoy your meal!

For the second time I supichkata within a month and became great. Her only add a carrot and BUILD I'm doing it with milk.
