Thracian stew of fish
Ingredients
1 kg of fish
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
2-3 (150 g) carrots
Chapter 1 (100 g) celery
8-10 (500 g) peppers
4-5 (200 g) red tomatoes
2-3 heads (150 g ) onions
3/4 cup (150 g) rice
1/2 bunch parsley
1 lemon
salt
pepper

Method
In preheated oil is added and stew consistently chopped onion, celery and carrots, coarsely chopped peppers, diced red tomatoes and rice . The mixture is poured with fish broth or hot water, add salt and boil on low heat for 10-15 minutes, then pour into a baking dish. Add pre-cleaned, washed and salted fish. The dish is baked in the oven for half an hour. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley and pepper. Separately in a dish are served slices of lemon.
