Tied skinless sausages

Ingredients
2 skinless sausages
roasted pepper 1
2 slices of cheese
2 strips of puff pastry
Method
The skinless sausages are cut lengthwise. On each half put strips of pepper and cheese. Capped with the other half skinless sausage. Wrapped with ribbon of puff dough. Bake in preheated oven or BBQ sandwich.
