Tiropita

Ingredients
500 g filo pastry sheets
250 g butter
100 g margarine
300 g flour
350 ml milk
300 g of crumbled feta cheese
2 eggs
sunflower oil
Method
The butter melts together with margarine over high heat and mix with flour. Milk is added in a thin stream, stirring continuously. The slurry was allowed to cool for about 5 minutes. Add crumbled feta cheese and eggs and mix. Two sheets rolled 1 tbsp sunflower oil and 2-3 tbsp stuffing and place in greased pan. The procedure is repeated until the peel. The rolls are coated with melted butter and bake in the oven at 250 C

Something similar was seen in the culinary series *Taste of Europe and the Mediterranean* - Greece. Similarly makes a thick bechamel sauce after cooled down were added eggs and cheese and wrap as roll in pastry and baked. Looked quite appetizing. Will surely do.
