Tomato Chicken

Ingredients
2 chicken legs
400 g rice
2 onions (large and medium)
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2 tomatoes
canned corn
paprika
sunflower oil
salt
Method
Legs are cut into chunks, rolled in salt and pepper and fry. Then stew large onion, finely chopped and chopped raw peppers to which puts 1 tsp (5 g) of red pepper. They add grated tomatoes and corn. Boil until thickened. Small onion stew in 2-3 tbsp sunflower oil, then fry previously cooked rice. When serving rice and chicken are covered with tomato sauce.

recipe is great.

When serving put a bit of chicken, a little rice and then pour everything with the sauce obtained in the preparation of the chicken (tomato sauce). I so understand it.

It is very tasty! I used stewed rice with mushrooms as a bed, and on top of chicken nuggets with tomato sauce. Try worth, and cook quite easily.
