Tomato soup Maggie

Ingredients
1 onion
1 carrot
1/3 cup rice
3 tomatoes
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp veggie or a mixture of spices of your choice
1 egg
parsley
salt
1 tsp vinegar

Method
Onion, finely chopped carrot and - grated, pour in boiling water. Then add the rice. Once softened add grated tomato, the oil and Vegetata. Taste and boil until ready. Thicken with beaten egg with 1 tsp vinegar. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

shaym, when fresh tomatoes so, but can be put shortly after the rice to boil almost simultaneously. In the summer rarely cook soups, and at other times use canned :)
